A cold winters day hog roast in Middlezoy was on the agenda this weekend. We had been booked to do our Southern Slow Roast menu for 90 people for a 21st birthday party. It’s a gorgeous menu with pork, beef and lamb, roasted low and slow over flames. Its a popular menu for clients who want more than just one option of meat for their guests. We serve the meats with a selection of condiments, freshly made salads, jacket potato wedges and a vegetarian option. Something for everyone! The birthday girls mum had done all the organising, she had done a marvelous job of making the room look stunning and had even stuck baby pictures of the birthday girl around the room!
Once we had served everyone and ensured everyone had been offered a chance for seconds, we discretely packed everything away, said our goodbyes and left the party in full swing. Another brilliant hog roast in Middlezoy and some sore heads in the morning I bet!
