My weekend was spent carrying out a wedding menu Hog Roast Yeovil, and cooking and serving spring lambs for 200 people! I set up around 11 o’clock ready 5 o’clock. Whilst the lamb was cooking to perfection I was preparing the fresh green leaf salad with picked tomatoes and potatoes as a side.
Great time at the Truck Fest at Hog Roast Yeovil show ground, we served hog roast to the guests of Scania UK and ended the day with lots of happy customers complementing how tender the lamb was and how delicious every bite was!
