In June, Hog Roast Bristol catered for a luxury staff party taking place at a wonderful venue: a rooftop terrace bar on top of the Bishop Fleming building in Redcliffe! Meg contacted Hog Roast Bristol to arrange catering for the corporate event which was being hosted as a staff get-together for 90 team members. The menu needed to be served buffet style, with plenty of dishes to choose from and a formality that perfectly suited the event. Our catering manager Alistair discussed a variety of options before it was decided that our Gourmet BBQ menu would be ideal for the occasion.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Bristol team arrived at the venue in the afternoon to prepare for the 17:30 serving time. For the main dishes, we served succulent pork sausages, British beef burgers, Thai chicken kebabs, BBQ spareribs, and BBQ pulled jackfruit. The mains were accompanied by fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the side dishes, we provided Greek salad, gourmet coleslaw, sweet potato fries, and traditional chips. Overall, this created a delicious and varied evening buffet with something for every guest to enjoy. Our menu was a wonderful addition to this event and allowed all 90 guests to grab a plate from the delicious selection that we had on offer. It was great to be part of this event and to visit such a beautiful venue!
