If your mind jumped straight to our Gourmet BBQ menu, give yourself a pat on the back. This one’s been a firm favourite for decades and we never get tired of watching it win people over – whether it’s a laid-back family get-together or a full-blown corporate do. This event was no exception.
The team at Pardoes found us after digging through our testimonials and, by their own admission, getting a little too hungry scrolling through our social media. Our catering manager, Alistair, was more than happy to take it from there. From the first phone call to the final plate served, he walked them through every detail, tweaking the menu where needed and making sure every guest was catered for properly – meat-lovers and committed vegans alike.
That care and attention to detail really shone through on the day. Hog Roast Yeovil spent the whole morning working the grill, getting the meat perfectly juicy and tender while letting that smoky, chargrilled flavour do its thing. Alongside that, we put together an equally impressive spread for the non-meat-eaters, so nobody was left wanting. Add in a colourful selection of fresh salads and piping hot potatoes for everyone to pile onto their plates, and the whole thing came together beautifully.
By all accounts, the Pardoes team loved every bite. And after an afternoon of good food and a well-earned break from their desks, they headed back to work the next day buzzing with fresh energy and enthusiasm – proof that sometimes the best thing for productivity is a proper Hog Roast Yeovil feast and a bit of downtime with your colleagues.
