Hog Roast Bristol had the pleasure of catering for the Solum Surveying staff party at Redland Green Bowls Club in Bristol, serving up a feast that was as fun and lively as the day itself! Catering Manager Alistair and the team made sure everyone had something delicious to enjoy.
The centrepiece of the spread was a whole roasted pig with perfectly crisp crackling, accompanied by traditional apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. Guests could pile their plates high with a selection of freshly baked bread rolls and wraps, including gluten-free options.
The menu also featured a mixed salad and gourmet coleslaw, along with golden potato wedges – perfect for pairing with the succulent meats. For those opting for a vegetarian or vegan alternative, grilled vegetable skewers (halloumi omitted for vegan portions) were served with wraps, tzatziki, and a sweet and punchy sweet chilli sauce, ensuring everyone had a plate full of flavour.
All the food was served buffet-style onto wooden disposable crockery with wooden cutlery, keeping things easy, relaxed, and social. It was the perfect way for guests to help themselves while enjoying the friendly atmosphere of the staff party and some competitive Crown Green Bowling.
Hog Roast Bristol was thrilled to provide a menu that satisfied every appetite and added an extra touch of deliciousness to the Solum Surveying celebration.
