Most recently, we were contacted by Ebony, who had spotted our Christmas catering ad online. Right away, she just knew she had to get in touch with us to find out more, and after speaking with our catering manager, who gave her a quick rundown on all of our lip-smacking menus, she decided to place an order.
Choosing from our stunning selection of festive menus, Ebony opted for a Hog Roast Trull signature spread: the roasted, free-range pork menu. Offering a full-size pig that has been roasted rotisserie-style for several hours over a low flame before being presented with freshly made applesauce, crisp and bubbling crackling, sage and onion stuffing and seasonal sides, this Christmas feast is to die for!
To complement the show-stopping hog roast centrepiece, our team will serve side options of homemade cauliflower cheese, a medley of seasonal vegetables featuring glazed sprouts and Chantenay carrots, delicious gravy, golden brown roasties and pigs in blankets. Not forgetting the tasty dessert of freshly baked mince pies with glorious brandy butter to round off the rich and luxurious meal.
For Ebony, this menu was everything she had been looking for and more, and after year’s spent stressing over the cooking of the Christmas dinner, she is so grateful to be able to avoid any and all challenges this year by handing over the apron to Hog Roast Trull!
