Here at Hog Roast Bristol, we have catered for corporate events up and down the country. It’s one of our most requested event types on weekdays. We cater for both small and large businesses who are keen to treat their employees or clients, as well as start-ups holding store openings. You’ll find us at employee wellbeing days, product launches and even company milestones. Last week, Rhian from Lloyds Bank got in contact with us for a very special corporate event that was a first for us! It was for a New Wave dragon boat racing event. Employees from Lloyds competed with one another to earn the fastest time and become the champions. It was a great team-building day, where employees took the day off work to spend time with one another and meet new onboards. There were over 200 employees taking part. So, there was a real buzz about Bristol that day.
Once the racing was over, Hog Roast Bristol set up their state-of-the-art equipment on the banks of the river. And, the time came to serve our delicious hog roast. And as you can imagine, the team had worked up an appetite. Rhian requested that we serve our whole roasted pig and a helping of crispy crackling. But, our hog isn’t complete without apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing – so we allowed guests to add this if they wished. As some were vegans and vegetarians, we served grilled halloumi skewers and pulled jackfruit. We also made sure there were gluten-free options, so no-one was left out.
