The function took place at the nearby North Down Orchard Cider barn, where employees gathered to enjoy some downtime away from their desks and celebrate this momentous moment in the company’s history. Catering manager, Alistar, was on hand every step of the way to chat to the company’s events planner about what they wanted from our catering service. After some discussion, it was agreed that we would serve our Southern Slow Roast menu. It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves as we got the pig roast underway. Alongside the pork, we also served Texan 24-hour beef brisket that was a favourite with guests, alongside Cajun spiced chicken. As some staff members and their families were vegan, we ensured that there was a suitable alternative – grilled halloumi and vegetable skewers.
