It was a busy weekend again for our Hog Roast Porlock Team!
We were catering for a lovely couple from Porlock, who were celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary with all their family and friends. The couple had decided to have their party at home as they has plenty of land around the property, which would be perfect for an outdoor event catered by hog roast Porlock!
We set off early doors to set up and prepare the chosen Menu. Which for this event was the Southern Slow Roast Menu, which included, shoulders of pork, briskett of beef and spring lamb. All of which would be roasted to perfection on site. We arrived at 8am and began preparing the meats and the cajun wedges for our guests.
Later, when the guests arrived, all the food was looking and smelling delicious. We were ready to serve! The couple and guests were all lovely and complemented the food we had prepared for them, some even came back to help themselves. All the guests had eaten and it was time for us to pack our things up and head off home for a good nights sleep, ready for the next busy day for our hog roast team!
