This October, Alistair and the Hog Roast Watchet team catered for a corporate event at the Amazon depot in Bristol. Our team prides itself in being able to cater for any kind of corporate event, regardless of size or formality. For this event, the organisers didn’t think that a hog roast would be suitable- luckily, our team can serve much more than just hog roasts! For this event, we were hired to serve delicious hot dogs for the staff members to enjoy, complete with a selection of tasty sides and a variety of mouthwatering sauces.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Watchet team arrived at the depot in the morning to prepare for the midday serving time. We served our menu in the car park, making the most of the autumn sunshine. The guests enjoyed juicy hot dogs in fresh bread rolls, accompanied by flavoursome fried onions, tomato sauce, and mustard. For meat-free guests, we also had veggie sausages on offer. The hot dogs were served with crispy fries that were cooked until golden and perfectly seasoned. These were the perfect sidekicks to the hot dogs and created the perfect lunch for the staff to enjoy. When it was time to enjoy the menu, the staff queued up at our catering station to enjoy what we had to offer. It was great to see so many people enjoying our menu and getting a well-deserved reward for all of their hard work!
