Mike and Margaret got married in August, enjoying a beautiful summertime wedding at Kingston Seymour Village Hall. The reception was taking place throughout the day, so the couple contacted our catering manager Alistair to see which menus Hog Roast Clevedon could provide. After discussing the options we offer, we decided on lunchtime canapés followed by an evening buffet.
The lunchtime meal was served to 125 guests and consisted of 4 canapés served buffet style. We prepared smoked salmon, duck breast, fillets of beef, and mini pizzas for the guests- with each dish presented elegantly. Alongside the food, the guests could also enjoy a tea and coffee service. This was a perfect way to introduce our catering and prepare the guests for an afternoon of great entertainment.
In the evening, Hog Roast Clevedon served a delicious meal to 85 guests. We served our Southern Slow Roast Menu, which consisted of 3 delicious slow-roasted meats, including lemon and herb chicken and slow-roasted pork. The dishes were served with a selection of fresh salad dishes and sides, as well as bread rolls and wraps.
Following the main course, we also served a delicious selection of desserts. The guests chose between vacherins and profiteroles, with both dishes served with English cream and fresh fruit.
