When Jemima contacted Hog Roast Honiton some time ago to book us for her singles party, she needed a traditional centrepiece hog roast cooked for most of the fifty guests, where we would make our sumptuous pigs in buns from the meat and crackling, but she also needed a vegetarian option and a gluten-free option. For the latter, those guests could easily enjoy our pigs in buns too, just with suitable bread rolls that we would take along, and the vegetarians could feast on our halloumi and vegetable skewers.

On the day of the singles party, our team set up our equipment in the grounds of a local hotel hours before service and before long, set the medium-sized hog cooking. Hours later, we freshly prepared the ingredients for the skewers and they were soon grilling while the meat had a rest, and by the time Jemima and all her guests arrived, we had a lovely dinner awaiting them.
