Towards the end of summer we catered a Hog Roast in Long Sutton for Adam, in a village hall for 100 people. Adam had opted for our Southern Slow Roast Menu, Pork, Beef and Lamb, roasted low and slow and marinated with our secret rubs! To accompany the slow roasted meats – a Seasonal Green Leaf Salad and our Homemade Crunchy ‘Slaw, a Spanish/Catalan Quiche as the vegetarian option and Cajun Seasoned Potato Wedges with a selection of sauces. What a menu! Adam had chosen to have the above menu served on to disposable crockery, making life that little bit simpler for an on the go, busy event! We had a brilliant time catering our Hog Roast in Long Sutton.
As much as we’d love to stay at these events after we have finished serving, we clear up and pack up the van, ready for another day of hog roasting!
