Hog Roast Nunney have just returned from another fully booked week of cooking hog roasts up and down the country which is what we do best. One notable event from the week was a beautiful wedding that we catered from the stunning Nunney village hall.
Our diary had been booked months in advance by our client Paul who had requested our classic wedding menu three for the event. This fantastic moreish menu includes canapes served to your guests upon arrival at the venue followed by your choice of meat and accompaniments. Paul had chosen wisely with our fantastic selection of salads including our catering manager Raffa’s favourite mozzarella and tomato salad. We also provided some chunky chips and gluten free bread rolls in order to accommodate all of the guests. For our vegetarian option, Raffa prepared some grilled vegetable and haloumi skewers, served with pitta breads and a tzatziki dip. Delicious!
As with any event we always put the upmost care and attention into ensuring your day goes smoothly and that all of your guests are satisfied. Once we had finished serving the wedding guests we had the opportunity to prepare the wedding cake for serving (of course after it had been cut by the bride and groom). The cake was a beautiful three tied ivory cream cake adorned with berries and flowers it truly looked too good to eat! However, fortunately it also tasted brilliant and so the guests happily tucked in as Hog Roast Nunney began to discreetly tidy away. This is a key part of our service as we want to ensure you have nothing to worry about on your special day other than enjoying yourselves. Hence whenever we leave an event we make sure to leave nothing but our business cards behind after another job well done!
