Hog Roast Pill Offers Expert Corporate Catering For Every Occasion!

Why are we telling you this? Well, because this award-winning corporation recently hosted a business event, which our Hog Roast Pill team was asked to cater at!

Booking on behalf of Avonline was Sandra, who after discussing the details of the event with our catering manager, Alistair, had chosen our Southern Slow Roast Menu for the occasion. Given its wide selection of meat options, sides and meat-free alternatives, this inclusive feast was perfect for feeding all 60 guests who had been invited to attend the midday get-together, which took place earlier on in the month.

The Hog Roast Pill team was very excited to assist with this corporate event and with the serving time set for 12pm on the dot, our team showed up at 320 Bristol Business Park in the early hours of the morning, which gave them plenty of time to prepare the spread.

Hog Roast PillFirst, they began by marinating the meat options in our secret recipe rubs, before grilling them over a low flame for a few hours, which resulted in a flavourful trio of Texan 24 hour beef brisket, Cajun-spiced whole roast chickens and BBQ pork butt. For the sides, they whipped up a batch of buttered corn cobbettes, Greek salad, seasonal vegetables and potato salad, plus a choice of BBQ pulled jackfruit rolls for the veggie and vegan guests to tuck into. The entire menu was served using our environmentally-friendly wooden crockery with matching cutlery, and there was a tower of gluten-free rolls available for the guests to help themselves to as well.

According to everyone who was there that afternoon, Hog Roast Pill nailed the booking. The food was mouth-wateringly delicious and with plenty of choices for the guests to choose from, everyone was able to enjoy the option of picking and mixing different dishes to create unique flavour combos.
