Some lovely bright sunshine at a hog roast in Amesbury

Woken to some lovely bright sunshine what more could we possibly ask for! Summer is here we were out catering for an anniversary hog roast in Amesbury this Saturday and a first wedding anniversary to be honest still wet behind the ears defiantly still newly weds! Hog roast were asked to cater for a party of seventy and the couple requested a finger buffet with a selection of meats and breads we made some chicken, lamb and beef and had a selection of Italian breads we brought along our famous chutney a home made recipe going back generations that always goes fantastic with any type of meat. Fresh vegetable kebabs were also on the menu and also a mixed salad. We love nothing more than catering out door in the warm glorious sunshine and we really couldn’t be happier good food cooked perfectly and enjoyed by all. When the guests arrived they were greeted to the smell of fantastic meat, menu-3Hog Roast Amesbury are well used to seeing the reaction to guests experiencing our meat for the very first time and it never fails to amaze us each and every time how shocked people are and we love seeing their reaction when they first taste the meat it is what we work for! The meat is always succulent and so moist the colour of the meat is so natural we add nothing to the cooking process it is all-natural. Hog roasting is still popular in lots of countries around the world today and is used for large festivals and the like to be honest people were a little unsure of it when we first began more than ten years ago and it has really taken off now, we think there are a lot of reasons why hog roasting is so popular value for money, and good food are key, we do not in any way shape or form cook fast food we use whole cuts of meat and fresh vegetables our cooking is so healthy and to be honest most of us now are more conscious about healthy eating and we are pleased to be part of that…
